But how long will it last?

Hello there,

I am Simon Love, an indie singer/songwriter of no fixed ability and one night a while ago I decided to count how many songs that I had written had been released on either vinyl, CD or download. It turned out to be 101. Imagine that.

Then I listed said songs and decided to write a book about them all. But then I was in trouble in work (my actual day job that is) and couldn’t really concentrate on doing anything but my own stupidity and incompetence so I forgot about it until today, where you find your writer unemployed and seemingly, unemployable. Fun times.

So now, to fill the hours of the day that I’m not applying for the same job over and over or rocking backwards and forwards in the foetal position, I’ve decided to start this, a Substack so I can get these things out of my head and onto paper/internet.

But why should I read it Simon? I don’t know.
